Slight apple aftertaste, lighter than other trippel for sure. Pleasant, certainly unique.
Quite lovely. Almost a cashew like note to it initially, slight bite afterwards. For some reason it reminds me of yeasts used in scotch ales. Maybe it is the Duvel-like firm head.
Belgian and Danish in provenance. Brewed in Belgium.
The name sums it up very nicely. Light and nice brown dubbel.
